It is quite common in these times to hear the call to a new human consciousness, an evolution or transformation of consciousness, an elevation to a new, higher level of consciousness. In some cases it is said that the new consciousness has already manifested - here are the signs.

In other cases it is said to be imminent -- you can feel it coming.

No matter which perspective is being advanced, the new consciousness has certain characteristics. Much can be said about those characteristics, but at the core are the unconditional love of others and the responsible stewardship of our planet. And one result from these dominant aspects of the new consciousness is peace for all of us--global peace.
